非常不错，位置相当好，就在最热闹的商业街旁边。离歌剧院和最热闹的罗马广场，教堂都只需要步行10分钟左右。附近餐饮，购物都有。酒店是新造的，性价比非常高。不过法兰克福这个城市真的没啥好逛的。

酒店前台服务非常到位，有把行李送到房间。但是作为jw万豪里的高端线，衞生却很不尽如人意。衞生间地板是粘的，地毯上还残留饼乾削。早上8点40分，客房服务自説自话开门进来，幸亏我锁了门，她发现房间有人，并不是及时退出匪夷所思的是刷了门外的卡导致房间里所有的灯都亮了，我们在睡梦中被吓醒。接着不停的按门铃要求我们开门。我投诉后酒店经理第二次把房间灯全部亮起和我们説由于客房服务表拿错，只説原因没有一点道歉。这是一间管理十分混乱的五星级酒店。非常失望他们对待客人的傲慢和粗暴。

很好的酒店，员工很有礼貌，房间也非常满意。洗手间很大，有浴缸及淋浴间分开。 地理位置也非常好，楼下便是购物商场街，地理位置比索菲特酒店还要更好。下次都会选择万豪。

第一次住JW万豪，各方面确实要比普通万豪高了一个档次。服务方面，工作人员会主动帮忙拿行李，热情友好，办理入住时还会主动提供饮品。房间清爽整洁，用料扎实，并且有适当的艺术点缀，给人行政与度假兼具的感觉。衞生状况非常好，卧室和衞生间都挑不出毛病。酒店拥有很高的客房楼层，所以窗外的风景也令人满意（尽管法兰克福没有什么美景）。
早餐的用餐环境非常豪华。提供半自助+半点餐式早餐，可以点菜单上任何想要的东西。厨师的厨艺高超，非常满意??。

Hotel in decoration so the entry, main lobby and breakfast area are small and unwelcoming to say the least...
Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay!
Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on me even tough I pay big price

Location - beside metro
Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible!
Waste of time hunting of hotel
Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel
Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category
Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner

但系酒店要求先收後再查看,再退款，
但系已经两星期，到现时为止还未收到。

挺满意的一个酒店，位置购物逛街非常方便。迷你吧的饮品免费可以随便喝。接待会説“谢谢”很热情服务很到位。下次来法兰克福还会选择这里。
